SingleGirl: We Wish You a Fond Farewell!

Last week, SingleGirl shocked CG Central by throwing in her SingleGirl towel. We are always sad to lose one of our own, but we completely understand and want to wish her all the best in her new journey as a non (gasp) single girl. In another month or so, we will be introducing a sparkly new SingleGirl with fresh stories and even sharper stilettos, but before we do, we felt it important to remember the hilarity that was our very first SingleGirl columnist. Gentlemen, please start the highlight reel!
Remember how it all began with (shudder) Plenty of Fish? Who knew that two different dates could be equally sucky?
And then, who could forget the very first sighting of Tall Drink. Match.com….actually bringing people together! If in a slightly annoying way thanks to the Daily 5.
One of our favorite postings involved a guy who didn’t even get a name, because that is how memorable the date was….
And then there was the man who insisted on mainly using IM to communicate….and he became the date that never was. Did that car accident *really* happen?
Eventually Tall Drink came back on the scene, and showered our fearless SG with gifts. Which were much better gifts than some from recent ex-boyfriends who shall remain nameless. Wild Applause!
